Executive Administrative Coordinator
A growing professional services organization is seeking an Executive Administrative Coordinator to serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership. This position combines executive support, project coordination, office management, and operational administration into one highly visible role. The successful candidate will work closely with executives, department leaders, clients, and external partners while helping ensure the organization operates efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage complex calendars and meeting schedules
- Coordinate travel arrangements and executive events
- Prepare reports, presentations, and leadership communications
- Track key projects, deadlines, and deliverables
- Maintain confidential business information
Operations & Project Coordination
- Assist with organizational planning and reporting
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings and initiatives
- Monitor project timelines and follow-up activities
- Support vendor relationships and contract administration
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of executive support or senior administrative experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Experience supporting executive leadership teams
- Strong project management and organizational abilities
- Professional services, legal, consulting, or corporate experience preferred
Compensation
