We are seeking an Instructional Systems Designer to join our team.
Instructional Systems Designer (ISD)
The ISD will work collaboratively with client personnel to design and develop a variety of instructional products and training materials as needed to meet client design and development goals during the contract period.
Major Responsibilities
- Collaborate with client personnel
- Design and/or develop training materials depending on the needs of the project (ILT, VILT, WBT, Video, or Job Aid)
- Use client provided templates and guidelines to produce products that meet standards, are professionally presented, and are visually appealing
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related subject
- Minimum of five (5) years of instructional design experience

Demonstrated experience in all of the following:
- Technical writing
- Converting existing course materials
- Multimedia technology
- Authoring tools
- Web-based course development
- Visual design
Required Software and Technology Skills
- MS Word – Ability to use advanced features of MS Word with a high level of proficiency including demonstrated ability to: format tables, use styles, insert and format headers and footers, create and update tables of contents, insert and remove page and section breaks, use field codes, and work with macros
- PowerPoint – Ability to use advanced features of MS PowerPoint with a high level of proficiency including: Slide masters, layouts, placeholders, layering, image manipulation and creation, and macros
- MS Excel – Ability to use MS Excel with a high level of proficiency including: Data entry, formatting, sorting, and filtering

Salary Range: $70,000 – 90,000 commensurate with experience
