Our client is seeking an Executive Assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to a senior leader within a fast-paced, complex regulatory environment
- Manage a complex calendar with multiple competing priorities, including high-level meetings with senior officials and external stakeholders
- Coordinate and prioritize meeting requests to ensure strategic scheduling and adequate preparation time
- Anticipate the senior leader’s needs and proactively address administrative requirements
- Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, memoranda, and presentations for internal and external audiences
- Coordinate communications with key stakeholders and leadership offices
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion Plan and coordinate high-level meetings, conferences, and briefings, including logistics, materials preparation, and follow-up
- Support videoconference and hybrid meeting technology and logistics
- Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and background documents
- Track action items, deadlines, and follow-up requirements Arrange complex domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and expense reporting
- Process travel authorizations and expense reimbursements in accordance with organizational policies
- Manage travel logistics in time-sensitive or high-pressure situations Process invoices, purchase requests, and support budget tracking activities
- Assist with preparing materials for leadership presentations and decision memos
- Support division-wide events and initiatives as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned to support administrative operations
Position/Skill Requirements:
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 10+ years of progressive senior administrative experience required
- Minimum of 5 years supporting C-suite or director-level executives
- Experience in government, financial services, or regulatory environments strongly preferred
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced, high-stakes settings
- Familiarity with federal government operations and protocols is highly desirable

- Expert-level written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with senior leaders and external stakeholders
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while exercising sound judgment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and deadlines
- Ability to remain adaptable and composed in high-pressure environments
