Lead Programs That Launch Ideas into Action

The University of Kentucky is seeking a Program Manager Senior to manage entrepreneurship initiatives within the Von Allmen Center for Entrepreneurship.

Working with the Faculty Director, this position is responsible for program management, startup development, and stakeholder engagement, helping turn ideas into ventures while connecting campus and community partners.

What You’ll Do
  • Administer entrepreneurship programs, including bootcamps, workshops, and events
  • Manage participant experience, curriculum, and program delivery
  • Build relationships with students, faculty, and community partners
  • Support startups with business planning, funding strategies, and pitch development
  • Coordinate outreach, marketing, and recruitment efforts
  • Oversee budgets, reporting, and program operations

  • Knowledge of early-stage venture development and funding pathways

Minimum Requirements
  • Master’s degree
  • 2+ years of related experience (prefer a minimum of 10 years of related experience)
