Want to be part of this? We currently have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Sr Marketing Systems Integration Engineer to join our Technology team. This high-visibility individual will work alongside multiple teams, such as Marketing, Ecom, Rental, Analytics, Data Engineering, and various stakeholders, to support Email and SMS communications by building segmentation by leveraging the Customer C360 and CDP. This person will oversee and optimize the omnichannel communications for all brands and touchpoints. This includes building end-to-end emails, from HTML creative assets to real-time API-triggered emails to batch email deployments.
What you’ll do
• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of integrations across marketing platforms including CDP, CRM, PAM, DAM, email, SMS, and customer engagement systems.
• Provide ongoing operational support, administration, and enhancement for PAM and DAM platforms, ensuring platform reliability, scalability, and alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Ecommerce, Analytics, and Data Engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Architect, support, and maintain API-driven integrations using RESTful services, webhooks, event-based architectures, and middleware solutions across PAM, DAM, and customer engagement platforms.
• Support ingestion, transformation, publishing, archival, and distribution workflows for digital assets.
• Build and maintain automated asset synchronization between DAM/PAM and downstream systems (CMS, ecommerce, email, CDP, PIM, creative tools).
• Monitor platform performance, storage utilization, API health, ingestion failures, and synchronization jobs.
• Optimize asset discoverability, metadata enrichment, and search functionality.
• Build and support real-time and batch data pipelines that synchronize customer profiles, transactional events, consent data, and catalog information across enterprise systems.
• Implement and maintain data mapping, transformation logic, schema validation, and identity resolution processes.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration failures, data sync issues, and messaging delivery problems using platform diagnostics and observability tools.
• Establish operational best practices including monitoring, alerting, documentation, runbooks, and support procedures.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure platform scalability, reliability, performance, and compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize API performance, audience synchronization strategies, and data processing efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with privacy and data governance standards including GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM, and consent management policies.
• Support CI/CD and configuration-as-code practices using Git and modern deployment workflows.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical standards, architectural decisions, and engineering best practices.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 8–10+ years of experience integrating and supporting enterprise applications and marketing technology platforms.
• Strong experience designing and managing API-based integrations including REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architectures.
• 5+ years of experience with SQL
• Experience building and maintaining data pipelines and integrations for omnichannel marketing platforms.
• Experience supporting and integrating enterprise PAM and DAM platforms along with marketing technologies such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Platform, Braze, Iterable, Twilio, Segment, or similar technologies.
• Understanding of email and SMS deliverability, customer consent management, and marketing compliance requirements.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git version control, automation frameworks, and infrastructure/configuration-as-code practices.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
• Experience working in retail, ecommerce, or multi-brand environments preferred.
• Prior experience leading projects, coordinating vendors, or mentoring engineering teams is highly preferred.

This salary range is specific to California. The starting salary for this position is $133K – $155K and may increase to $179K depending on merit, length of service with the Company, and other factors. We take into consideration an individual’s skills, background, and experience in determining final salary. Other compensation may include a 10% Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) bonus paid out according to policy. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands
• Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time
• Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily
• Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally
• Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment
• Hours regularly 40 hours per week, from our office location in Dublin, CA on Tuesdays through Thursdays, and from home Mondays and Fridays.
