Job Duties: Implement key business improvement initiatives for manufacturing lines within a site. Define opportunities, analyze data, design manufacturing line flows, and improve business processes. Implement projects at the site, developing a continuous improvement culture. Plan and execute process performance improvements related to waste/MUV and/or productivity of the manufacturing area. Perform Capacity Modeling activities, including time studies, head count reviews, and utilization analysis to optimize staffing and resource deployment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align capacity plans with organizational goals and support strategic planning. Guide and mentor junior team members in capacity planning and process improvement initiatives, fostering data-driven decision-making. Apply Lean and Six Sigma continuous improvement methodologies. Drive continuous improvement through structured Kaizen program, enhancing operational efficiency and reducing cost.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Master's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, Quality Management or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a Staff Industrial Engineer-related occupation.

Position requires experience with:

1. Process and quality improvements for manufacturing lines;

2. Data analysis and software (Excel, Qliksense, Power apps, Autocad, JDE's, SAP and PBI);

3. Process improvement techniques including Lean, Six Sigma, JJOS, routers and BOM's creation;

4. Project Management software and tools including Project Charter, Tactical Implementation Plan and Microsoft Project;

5. Applying Process Excellence methodology;

6. Conveying complex information clearly to stakeholders at all levels including manufacturing engineering, quality engineering, process quality, and quality operations;

7. Fostering a culture of Continuous Improvement in manufacturing; and

8. Knowledge in Product Cost (Std Cost) with changes in JDE's and SAP, and connection with Profit and Loss balance.
