Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Finance Manager, US Innovative Medicine, Gross-to-Net Solutions. This position will be located in Titusville, New Jersey. This role offers the flexibility of a hybrid working schedule, with days both in the office and remote each week.

Position Overview

The J&J Innovative Medicine Commercial US Gross-To-Net Solutions Finance Manager is responsible for being the Business Process Owner responsible for leading a cross-functional project team to drive the adoption, enhancement, and future of a Gross-To-Net (GTN) reporting, forecasting, and automation solution. Partnering closely with GTN and IM finance leaders, IM commercial partners, Information Technology, and external consultants, this role will be a trusted advisor and gain deep expertise in the NA IM GTN modeling and processes.

This position will serve to support enablement and evolution of existing capabilities and processes, and there is performance-based potential for significant additional responsibilities to be added. S/he will be supporting NA IM's manufacturer discounts as they relate to gross-to-net financial forecasting and analytics for all US brands. There will be one (1) Sr. Finance Analyst reporting into this position.

Responsibilities :

Lead GTN Transformation as Business Process Owner (BPO)
  • Serve as the end-to-end Business Process Owner, leading a cross-functional core team to shape, enhance, and scale a best-in-class GTN actuals and forecasting automation solution. This project is a critical focus and enabler for the NA IM GTN team and will come with opportunities for high visibility, critical thinking, and independent ownership.
  • Drive adoption and continuous evolution of the platform, ensuring it delivers meaningful business value across the organization.
  • Closely partner with NA GTN TA and Channel owners to build expertise and understanding of methodologies, processes, and reporting to enable seamless partnership across the GTN finance organization.


Champion Cross-Functional Collaboration & Influence
  • Partner across a diverse stakeholder network-including Finance, IT, Market Access, Procurement, Auditors, SigniFi, and external partners - to align priorities and deliver integrated solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and connector, bringing teams together to solve complex GTN challenges.


Own Vendor Strategy & Delivery Excellence
  • Lead the relationship with external solution providers, ensuring strong delivery, clear accountability, and alignment to business outcomes throughout implementation and ongoing enhancements.


Drive GTN Requirements & Solution Design
  • Own and prioritize all GTN business requirements, collaborating with GTN, Brand, GCC, and HCS stakeholders to translate needs into scalable, future-ready solutions.
  • Ensure all functionality is robust, intuitive, and aligned to evolving business demands.


Embed Controls, Compliance & Audit Readiness
  • Ensure all solutions are designed and executed in compliance with GAAP and Worldwide Procedures (WWPs).
  • Build and maintain strong, defensible processes and documentation to support audit readiness and transparency.


Shape the Future of Predictive GTN Forecasting
  • Lead the advancement of predictive analytics capabilities, enabling more proactive, data-driven GTN forecasting.
  • Develop enhanced visualization tools for deeper trend analysis and executive insights
  • Integrate syndicated and contracted data sources to enable near real-time forecasting inputs
  • Introduce forward-looking analytics (e.g., trend modeling, scenario planning, predictive drivers) to anticipate risks and opportunities.


Qualifications:
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree required; Accounting or Finance degree preferred
  • MBA, CPA, CMA, or other financial certifications preferred.
  • A minimum of four (5) years finance experience is required.
  • Must possess excellent analytical (MS Excel), conceptual, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience leveraging AI/ML or predictive analytics tools to enhance financial planning, forecasting, or business insights preferred.
  • Must think creatively and be able to work in a team environment.
  • Individual must be able to influence across different levels of the organization, work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously while collaborating across multiple stakeholder groups
  • Must be able to work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, and/or consumer products industry is preferred.
  • This position will be located in Titusville, NJ and may require up to 10% travel

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$102,000 - $177,100
