This position will be located onsite San Diego, California.

This position will report to the Triton Program Integration Director but will take day-to-day direction from the Production Triton Program Office. This position oversees and manages Triton air vehicle build activities, coordinating schedules and tasking across Rancho Bernardo and Palmdale teams. In addition, this role will be responsible to facilitate continuous improvement across the production organization, holding formal events and providing strategic direction on application of funding. This role will also entail special assignments on areas of critical importance to include, but not limited to staffing assessment and visibility metrics, facilities and IT coordination, operational efficiency. The selected candidate should thrive in a fast-paced work environment with high expectations, diverse assignments and collaborative/team settings across all levels. This role is a vital member of the leadership team, which by nature of the position involves high-level contacts and exposure to sensitive projects, new business, personnel, and technical information necessitating considerable use of tact, diplomacy, discretion, and judgment.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and 8 years’ experience OR a Master’s degree and 6 years’ experience in engineering, program integration and/or program management.
- Must have Aerospace and Defense Experience
- Must have ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret level clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Current and active U.S. Government Security Clearance
- Master’s Degree
- EVMS experience
- Ground segment or air vehicle engineering experience
- Complex scheduling experience
- Experience working with US Navy or other government customers
- Continuous improvement and lean experience
- Experience managing project execution and operations
- Demonstrated understanding of program risk, opportunity and issue management process
