Receptionist
Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors promptly and maintain a detail-oriented, friendly front-desk experience.
• Manage a multi-line phone system, directing incoming calls to the appropriate departments or team members.
• Respond to inbound calls with clear communication and accurate message taking when needed.
• Monitor the reception area to ensure it remains orderly, presentable, and ready for guests.
• Provide general administrative support connected to daily front-office activities.
• Coordinate part-time reception coverage and maintain dependable attendance during scheduled hours.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in a receptionist, front-desk, or customer-facing administrative role.• Ability to operate a multi-line switchboard or phone system handling several lines at once.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a courteous, detail-oriented telephone manner.
• Proven ability to manage inbound calls efficiently while remaining courteous and organized.
• Comfortable working in a part-time schedule as needed for coverage.
• Basic administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Compensation
