Billing Clerk
Position Overview:
Our client in The Woodlands is seeking a full-time Billing / Invoicing Specialist to support day-to-day invoicing and billing operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step into a stable position with potential for long-term hire after the initial contract period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Manage billing activities and support accounts-related administrative functions
- Review billing documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain organized records and assist with tracking invoicing activity
- Communicate with internal teams as needed regarding billing and invoice questions
- Support general administrative tasks related to the billing process
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Experience with invoicing and billing required
- Experience using Sage is highly preferred
- Logistics industry experience is preferred, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
Additional Details:
- Full-time schedule: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Contract role with potential to convert to a permanent employee after 3 months
Compensation
