Receptionist
Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors, provide front desk assistance, and ensure a positive experience for guests and staff.
• Manage a multi-line phone system by answering, screening, and directing incoming calls promptly and courteously.
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail to the appropriate departments or individuals.
• Prepare outgoing mail and packages, ensuring items are processed accurately and sent on time.
• Maintain an orderly reception area and support general administrative coordination as needed.
• Respond to routine inquiries and relay messages clearly to the appropriate team members.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or similar administrative support role; legal experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a multi-line switchboard or phone system with accuracy and professionalism.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a courteous, service-oriented approach.
• Experience handling inbound calls, messages, and basic office correspondence.
• Familiarity with mail handling, package coordination, and internal distribution processes.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office setting.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
Compensation
