Our client is seeking a professional and service-focused Customer Service Specialist to join their team. This role is responsible for supporting customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience through clear communication and timely follow-up. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner. Based on general knowledge.
- Resolve customer issues, concerns, and service requests while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Based on general knowledge.
- Document customer interactions accurately and update internal systems as needed. Based on general knowledge.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members and follow through to resolution. Based on general knowledge.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient service and support. Based on general knowledge.
- Maintain product, service, and policy knowledge to provide accurate information to customers. Based on general knowledge.
- Support additional administrative or service-related tasks as needed. Based on general knowledge.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of customer service, administrative support, or related experience preferred. Based on general knowledge.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Based on general knowledge.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Based on general knowledge.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Based on general knowledge.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer service or CRM systems preferred. Based on general knowledge.
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented approach. Based on general knowledge.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in customer service, call center support, or a similar client-facing role.• Ability to manage a high volume of inbound calls while maintaining quality and professionalism.
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to explain information clearly and courteously.
• Experience with order entry and maintaining accurate customer records.
• Proven ability to resolve customer concerns with patience, sound judgment, and attention to detail.
• Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound phone interactions.
• Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn customer service systems quickly.
Compensation
