Financial Aid Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Respond to incoming questions from students and other contacts, assess their needs, and connect them with the appropriate financial aid resource
• Provide administrative support for Title IV financial aid activities while following established procedures and completing required training
• Place outbound calls to arrange upcoming appointments for students with Financial Aid Advisors and confirm scheduling details
• Deliver attentive and courteous service across phone, email, and office interactions to ensure a supportive student experience
• Maintain accurate records, enter relevant information into internal systems, and keep documentation organized
• Assist with front-office and receptionist-style duties, including managing communications and supporting daily office operations
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in an administrative support, receptionist, or office coordination role is preferred• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly and student-focused environment
• Clear verbal and written communication skills for handling inquiries and scheduling interactions
• Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks
• Comfort answering inbound calls, making outbound calls, and performing data entry accurately
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members while maintaining a detail-oriented and positive attitude
Compensation
