Data Analytics Lead

We are looking for a skilled Data Analytics Lead to join our team in Ft Lauderdale, Florida, on a contract basis. In this role, you will take on a pivotal position overseeing analytics initiatives, combining technical expertise with strategic leadership. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who excel in dynamic environments and are eager to shape the future of data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:
• Lead comprehensive analytics projects spanning data engineering, reporting, and strategic insights.
• Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines using tools such as Azure Data Factory and Azure Synapse.
• Create and optimize dashboards and reports utilizing Power BI to support business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with leadership to translate business requirements into actionable insights.
• Enhance and manage the organization's data architecture and analytics infrastructure.
• Offer strategic guidance on data practices and analytics methodologies.
• Balance hands-on technical tasks with leadership responsibilities to drive team success.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 7–10 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure tools, including Azure Data Factory and Azure Synapse.
• Advanced experience with Power BI for reporting and data visualization.
• Expertise in both backend data engineering and frontend reporting.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with business stakeholders.
• Proven ability to perform in fast-paced and evolving environments.
• Preferred experience with Python and exposure to workflow automation tools.
• Strong business acumen and adaptability in scaling organizations.
