Accounting Clerk

Our client in Saratoga Springs is seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Administrative Accounting Clerk to provide support during a staffing transition. This is a fully onsite, part-time opportunity offering a flexible schedule of 16–24 hours per week (2–3 days per week).

Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry with a high degree of accuracy
• Scan, organize, and maintain electronic and paper records
• Assist with administrative projects and backlog management
• Support billing and accounting-related tasks as needed
• Ensure documents and information are processed in a timely and organized manner

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• Previous administrative, clerical, and/or accounting support experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry tasks

Schedule: Flexible, 16–24 hours per week (2–3 days per week)

Location: Saratoga Springs, NY (Fully Onsite)
