Executive Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Manage a demanding executive calendar, arranging meetings, resolving scheduling conflicts, and ensuring priorities are handled efficiently.
• Coordinate travel plans from start to finish, including itineraries, reservations, and related logistics for business trips.
• Prepare and track expense submissions while maintaining accuracy and supporting budget-conscious administrative practices.
• Organize executive meetings and corporate events, overseeing logistics, materials, and timelines to support successful outcomes.
• Serve as a reliable point of coordination between leadership and internal teams, helping communication move smoothly across the organization.
• Use Microsoft Office 365 and related digital tools to create documents, support reporting needs, and improve day-to-day workflow efficiency.
• Assist with annual strategic planning activities by maintaining key dates, supporting leadership schedules, and helping track important milestones.
• Respond calmly to urgent requests and changing priorities, using sound judgment to solve problems in time-sensitive situations.
Qualifications:
• At least 10 years of experience providing executive-level administrative support in a business environment with strong attention to detail.• Strong background in calendar coordination, appointment scheduling, and managing multiple priorities with careful attention to detail.
• Experience arranging business travel and handling related administrative follow-through.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including common productivity and communication applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of an organization.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and exercise sound judgment.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and proactive, with a consistent focus on service and problem-solving.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in business, administration, communications, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
Compensation
