Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, document organization, and general office coordination.
• Arrange meetings, travel plans, and service appointments while keeping calendars and logistics running smoothly.
• Maintain accurate paper and digital records to support efficient access to business information.
• Assist with reports, research activities, data entry, and other operational projects as needed.
• Welcome visitors, handle inbound calls, and act as a central point of communication for staff and external contacts.
• Perform regular inspections of the office and surrounding property to identify maintenance, safety, or cleanliness concerns.
• Track facility issues, document observations, and follow through with vendors or service providers until matters are resolved.
• Oversee workplace readiness by monitoring shared spaces, kitchen supplies, and overall office presentation.
• Address routine building or office problems independently when appropriate and escalate larger concerns as needed.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in administrative support, office coordination, reception, or a similar business support role.• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for interacting with team members, visitors, and vendors.
• Comfortable working independently, using sound judgment, and taking initiative to solve problems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and move throughout the property daily, including stairways and stairwells.
• Able to remain on your feet for extended periods while conducting inspections or handling office needs.
Compensation
