Senior Paid Media Specialist
Responsibilities:
• Build and manage paid campaigns across channels such as Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, and Microsoft Ads to support client growth goals.
• Evaluate account performance on a consistent basis, using key metrics to uncover opportunities to improve return on ad spend and lower acquisition costs.
• Conduct audience and keyword research, develop ad messaging, and refine bidding and budget allocation to strengthen campaign efficiency.
• Run structured experiments on creative, targeting, bidding, and landing page variables to identify high-performing approaches.
• Monitor spending trends and pacing to ensure campaigns remain aligned with budget expectations and performance targets.
• Translate campaign data into clear client-facing updates that explain results, contributing factors, and recommended next steps.
• Stay informed on emerging advertising tools, platform changes, and consumer behavior trends to keep strategies competitive.
• Partner with clients to understand their market, customer journey, and business priorities, then apply those insights to campaign planning and optimization.
Qualifications:
• At least 3 years of experience managing digital advertising programs with monthly budgets in the tens of thousands of dollars or more.• Demonstrated success creating campaigns, writing ad copy, testing variations, and using performance data to drive measurable improvements.
• Strong understanding of paid media trends across search, social, shopping, and display advertising environments.
• Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and combining datasets for analysis.
• Ability to interpret advertising metrics and connect performance patterns to broader business strategy.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex quantitative findings to clients with different levels of marketing knowledge.
• Self-directed, commercially aware, and committed to high standards of professionalism, accountability, and integrity.
• Bonus experience with performance tracking tools and concepts, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, pixels, APIs, and campaign parameter tracking.
Compensation
