HR Generalist
Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities, including intake discussions, candidate outreach, interview coordination, and hiring support for open positions.
• Provide day-to-day HR guidance to employees and managers, addressing routine questions and helping maintain a positive employee experience.
• Lead onboarding activities for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization and alignment with internal practices.
• Support employee engagement efforts by helping plan, coordinate, and advance programs that strengthen connection and morale across teams.
• Assist managers with performance-related processes by offering administrative and operational support tied to evaluations and employee development conversations.
• Maintain accurate employee data and HR records within Paycor and other HR systems, ensuring timely updates and reliable documentation.
• Contribute to HR projects as needed, including support related to HR platform implementation activities and other people-focused initiatives.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to balance ongoing recruiting priorities with broader generalist responsibilities throughout the contract period.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a broad HR Generalist capacity with hands-on responsibility for both recruiting and employee support functions.• Strong background in talent acquisition, including corporate recruiting and coordination of the full hiring process.
• Demonstrated experience with employee engagement programs and performance management support.
• Prior use of Paycor is required, along with confidence working in HRIS environments.
• Ability to interact effectively with employees and leaders using a detail-oriented, approachable, and service-oriented style.
• Experience handling onboarding and HR administration tasks with a high level of accuracy and organization.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities independently in a remote work setting while meeting deadlines and responding to business needs.
