Logistics Clerk
We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Clerk to support an organization in Mt Pleasant, South Carolina. This contract position is well suited for someone who enjoys organized, fast-moving work and can communicate clearly across teams and external partners. The role will focus on maintaining accurate records, and assisting with vendor coordination while learning internal procurement tools and processes.
Responsibilities:
• Support procurement activities by coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders on routine documentation and follow-up tasks.
• Use systems such as Concur and CRM platforms to maintain organized transaction and supplier information.
• Review customer details and related documents to help resolve discrepancies and keep records current.
• Assist with customs-related paperwork and logistics administration tied to import/export operations.
• Work in Microsoft Excel to track data, prepare reports, and monitor status updates for procurement and logistics activities.
• Learn and navigate the company vendor portal to support daily purchasing and supplier management tasks.
• Communicate professionally with team members and external contacts to keep administrative workflows moving efficiently.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in an administrative, logistics, procurement, or coordinator-type role.
• Familiarity with Concur, CRM systems, and Microsoft Excel in a business setting.
• Understanding of customs documentation or import/export support processes is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across multiple teams.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage accurate data entry in a deadline-driven environment.
• A positive approach to learning new tools, including vendor portal navigation and procurement systems.
Compensation
