Desktop Support Analyst

We are looking for a Desktop Support Analyst to provide hands-on technical support for end users in Los Angeles, California. This Long-term Contract position focuses on maintaining reliable desktop, mobile, and audio-visual technology while delivering responsive service across a dynamic business environment. The ideal candidate will bring broad experience with hardware, device configuration, user account support, and enterprise technologies to help keep daily operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver onsite and remote support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment, resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
• Set up, configure, and maintain Windows, Android, and Apple devices to meet user and business requirements.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network connectivity, and Citrix-related access issues to minimize downtime.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and basic support activities within Active Directory and related enterprise tools.
• Install, upgrade, and support Dell hardware and other end-user computing equipment across the organization.
• Coordinate backup-related support tasks and assist with configuration management practices to maintain system consistency.
• Provide technical assistance for audio-visual equipment used in meeting rooms, presentations, and collaborative workspaces.
• Work with Cisco-based environments to help diagnose connectivity issues and support reliable end-user access to network resources.

Qualifications:

• Experience providing desktop support in an enterprise environment.
• Working knowledge of Android and Apple device support, setup, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Cisco technologies, Citrix environments, and end-user connectivity support.
• Hands-on experience with computer hardware, including Dell systems and peripherals.
• Ability to support Active Directory account administration and basic access-related requests.
• Understanding of backup technologies and configuration management processes.
• Experience supporting audio-visual equipment in office or conference room settings.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.

Compensation

$30.40-$35.20 Hourly
