Warehouse Manager (Manufacturing)
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Spanish Warehouse Manager to oversee inventory control, material flow, and daily warehouse operations within a manufacturing environment for our client in Parsippany NJ. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate inventory, efficient movement of raw materials and finished goods, and seamless coordination with production, logistics, and purchasing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations & Inventory Control
- Oversee receiving, storage, and movement of raw materials and finished goods
- Ensure accurate inventory management, cycle counting, and reconciliation of discrepancies
- Maintain organized warehouse layout to support efficient material flow to production
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with purchasing to prevent shortages or overstock
Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Supervise, train, and develop warehouse staff, setting clear expectations and performance goals
- Delegate daily tasks and ensure productivity and accuracy standards are met
- Enforce safety procedures, company policies, and operational best practices
Production & Cross-Functional Support
- Partner with production teams to ensure timely delivery of materials to the floor
- Coordinate with shipping and logistics on outbound orders and scheduling
- Act as a liaison between warehouse, operations, and leadership
Process Improvement & Efficiency
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve accuracy
- Track KPIs such as inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and on-time delivery
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing operation
Safety & Compliance
- Enforce OSHA and workplace safety standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant warehouse environment
- Conduct regular safety audits and training
Qualifications:
5+ years of warehouse management experience within a manufacturing environment
MUST be bilingual in English & Spanish
Strong knowledge of inventory control, material handling, and production support processes
Experience with WMS/ERP systems and barcode scanning technology
Proven ability to lead teams and manage performance in a fast-paced setting
Forklift experience/certification preferred
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Compensation
$90,000.00-$110,000.00 YearlyAbout Us
