Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
• Build and manage an annual marketing roadmap that aligns promotional efforts with organizational goals for growth, financial performance, and market visibility.
• Direct the development of brand messaging and identity standards, and promote consistent use of approved language and visual guidelines across departments.
• Oversee the creation, review, and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, postcards, flyers, catalogs, letters, and email promotions.
• Lead advertising and outreach initiatives across appropriate channels, including trade programs, publication placements, and other targeted campaign opportunities.
• Support website content updates, design coordination, and ongoing maintenance to keep digital information accurate, relevant, and aligned with brand standards.
• Partner with internal stakeholders on public relations efforts, social media opportunities, and audience engagement strategies that broaden awareness and reach.
• Maintain organized marketing records, reference materials, and competitor campaign files to support planning, execution, and performance tracking.
• Contribute to publication and graphic design coordination, including review support for recurring digital and print communications.
• Help strengthen communication and workflow across departments by identifying process improvements, documenting procedures, and addressing operational gaps where responsibilities intersect.
• Serve as a marketing liaison for internal committees, partner initiatives, and cross-functional meetings, while providing support for special projects, promotional deadlines, and product development efforts as needed.
Qualifications:
• Experience developing and executing marketing plans that support business objectives, budgets, and measurable growth targets.• Demonstrated success managing marketing promotions, branded communications, and multi-channel advertising campaigns.
• Knowledge of online marketing practices, including digital content, email promotions, and social media support strategies.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to craft clear messaging and maintain consistency across multiple audiences and formats.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality standards.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and internal leadership on marketing initiatives.
• Strong organizational skills, including documentation, file management, and attention to detail in campaign and publication review.
Compensation
