Temp NJ CLE Programming Associate

Compensation: $30 to $35 Hourly

We are looking for a detail-oriented CLE Programming Associate to support the creation and delivery of continuing legal education programs in New Brunswick, New Jersey. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating educational initiatives, researching legal developments, and helping produce high-quality programming for attorneys and related professionals. The person in this role will contribute to both virtual and in-person learning experiences while working closely with programming leadership to keep projects organized and moving forward.


Start Date: July 2026

Duration: 6-7 months

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 9AM - 5PM | Fully On-site and will become Hybrid (4 days in-office & 1 remote day) after a few weeks

Pay: $30-$35/hr


Responsibilities:

• Partner with programming leadership to plan, build, and carry out continuing legal education offerings for legal professionals and affiliated audiences.

• Develop course concepts and educational content by tracking changes in the legal landscape and identifying timely subject matter for future programs.

• Coordinate logistics for live and online events, ensuring sessions are prepared, scheduled, and executed smoothly.

• Support the full lifecycle of CLE programs, from early planning and research through implementation and post-event follow-up.

• Use research findings, written materials, and administrative tracking tools to help maintain accurate program documentation and schedules.

• Assist with managing multiple active projects at once, balancing deadlines and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in a legal program coordination, legal administrative, or legal support capacity.

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital learning or webinar platforms.

• Strong ability to work efficiently with a high degree of accuracy.

• Proven skill in managing several assignments simultaneously while maintaining organization and meeting deadlines.

• Excellent written communication, research, and coordination skills.

• Familiarity with legal support tools and processes such as legal files, e-filing, court filings, case management software, calendar management, and computer research is preferred.


Compensation

$30.00-$35.00 Hourly
