Location: Pasadena, CA (Fully On-Site)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Core Hours 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $110,000–$120,000 Base Salary

About the Opportunity
An established and growing digital media organization is seeking a talented .NET Full Stack Engineer to join its Technology Team. This role offers the opportunity to build and enhance mission-critical internal and customer-facing applications that support a highly respected information platform.
The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a collaborative environment where innovation, continuous improvement, and technical excellence are highly valued. You will partner closely with product managers, technical leaders, and cross-functional teams to develop scalable applications and APIs that drive business impact.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to transform business requirements into technical solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing .NET applications and RESTful APIs.
- Build and optimize solutions using Azure cloud technologies and Azure SQL databases.
- Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across applications and services.
- Perform testing, code reviews, and quality assurance activities to ensure reliable software delivery.
- Create and maintain technical documentation to support development and operational processes.
- Promote best practices in software design, coding standards, testing, and deployment.

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
- 2–7 years of full-stack software development experience.
- Strong experience with .NET Core, C#, SQL Server, and Entity Framework.
- Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs.
- Hands-on experience deploying and supporting applications in Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with Azure SQL, cloud services, and messaging platforms such as Azure Service Bus or similar technologies.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies and Agile practices.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with React.js or other modern front-end frameworks.
- Familiarity with Elasticsearch.
- Experience with Node.js.
- Exposure to Telerik UI components.
- Knowledge of transactional email platforms such as SendGrid or Mailgun.
- Experience with monitoring and analytics tools such as Datadog, FullStory, or Heap.
- Familiarity with support platforms such as Zendesk or Freshdesk.
Compensation
