Financial Analyst
Responsibilities:
• Consolidate staffing, attendance, productivity, and capacity information from multiple inputs to create reliable datasets for analysis and planning.
• Refine reporting workflows by reducing manual effort and organizing data into scalable, repeatable structures.
• Update workforce planning models as business assumptions shift to keep forecasts aligned across reporting periods.
• Examine financial and operational results to identify month-to-month changes, forecast variances, and the underlying business drivers.
• Track key performance indicators, highlight emerging concerns early, and provide practical recommendations to address them.
• Develop a strong understanding of role-level and product-level factors that influence cost, output, and overall performance.
• Prepare financial analyses that translate complex data into actionable insights for management and leadership teams.
• Contribute to initiatives focused on improving efficiency, supporting growth, and strengthening overall business results.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field.• At least one year of experience in FP& A, financial analysis, or a comparable analytical role.
• Advanced Excel capabilities, including the use of complex formulas, pivot tables, lookup functions, and data reconciliation techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to work with large datasets from multiple sources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Comfort operating in environments where processes, tools, and reporting structures continue to evolve.
• Ability to interpret quantitative information and clearly communicate trends, risks, and operational impacts.
• Strong time-management skills with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Clear communication skills and strong attention to detail, with a consistent focus on data integrity.
