Portfolio Reporting Manager

Compensation: $55 to $64 Hourly

We are looking for a Portfolio Reporting Manager to join a financial services organization in Boston, Massachusetts on a Long-term Contract basis. This role supports portfolio reporting, performance analysis, and data integrity efforts across a range of investment holdings while partnering with internal teams and external stakeholders. The position offers a blend of reporting, valuation support, and process enhancement work, with an expectation of working on site 2-3 days per week.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate quarterly portfolio reporting activities by gathering, verifying, and updating information from portfolio companies to support accurate deliverables.
• Examine valuation packages and performance reports to help ensure completeness, consistency, and alignment with reporting standards.
• Produce foundational portfolio analytics and monitor performance indicators to highlight trends and support decision-making.
• Review and reconcile financial records and transaction-level details to confirm accuracy across reporting outputs.
• Assist with fulfilling information requests from internal partners, auditors, and external stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Develop presentation materials and reporting packages for leadership teams and investor audiences.
• Maintain and update reporting data within internal platforms, including Investran and Chronograph, to preserve reliable records.
• Support valuation-related workflows and provide documentation for audit and review processes as needed.
• Participate in special projects focused on reporting efficiency, including AI-enabled automation and scalable process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in financial reporting within the financial services industry.
• Knowledge of SEC reporting and annual financial reporting practices.
• Familiarity with earnings-related reporting concepts, including EPS.
• Ability to analyze financial information and identify inconsistencies in reported data.
• Strong attention to detail when reconciling transactional and portfolio-level information.
• Proficiency in preparing reporting materials and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Experience working with financial reporting systems or databases; exposure to Investran or Chronograph is an advantage.

Compensation

$55.00-$64.00 Hourly
