Executive Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Oversee a demanding executive calendar, resolve scheduling conflicts, and align appointments with changing business priorities.
• Arrange business travel, build detailed itineraries, and manage expense documentation and related logistics from start to finish.
• Screen incoming requests, identify urgent matters, and ensure the President’s attention is directed to the highest-priority issues.
• Develop presentations, briefing documents, reports, and correspondence that support executive meetings and decision-making.
• Monitor follow-up items, track commitments, and help drive timely progress on important initiatives.
• Organize leadership meetings, conferences, and internal or external events while managing logistics and communication details.
• Maintain orderly files, records, and reference materials so critical information is easily accessible when needed.
• Work closely with colleagues across departments to support smooth communication, coordination, and execution of shared priorities.
• Contribute to special assignments and provide adaptable support as business demands evolve.
• Travel occasionally in support of meetings, conferences, and company events, approximately 6 to 8 times per year.
Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of experience in executive administration or office management, including 3 or more years directly supporting senior executives.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare and refine clear and effective executive correspondence.
• Strong organizational ability and close attention to detail, with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Demonstrated discretion and sound judgment when working with confidential and sensitive information.
• Proactive and resourceful approach, with the interpersonal skills needed to build effective relationships across the organization.
• Ability to perform in a fast-moving environment that requires responsiveness, adaptability, and occasional availability beyond standard business hours.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with Salesforce or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Paralegal experience is a plus.
Compensation
