Sr. Executive Assistant

Compensation: $45 to $48 Hourly

Robert Half is partnering with a client in Oregon to hire a Senior Executive Assistant who will provide dedicated support to senior leadership within a large nonprofit healthcare organization based in Portland, Oregon. This Contract position is ideal for a candidate with significant experience and strong attention to detail who can manage competing priorities, protect confidential information, and maintain strong relationships with executive and external stakeholders. The role calls for sound judgment, exceptional coordination skills, and the ability to keep high-level operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:

• Oversee complex executive calendars, resolve scheduling conflicts, and ensure leaders are prepared for daily priorities and long-range commitments.

• Arrange business travel from start to finish, including itineraries, logistics, and adjustments when plans change.

• Coordinate leadership meetings by preparing agendas, organizing materials, capturing follow-up items, and helping drive timely completion of next steps.

• Develop presentations, briefing documents, and reports that support executive decision-making and organizational communication.

• Conduct research and gather background information to assist leadership with strategic discussions, stakeholder engagement, and special initiatives.

• Partner with teams across the organization to support cross-functional projects and keep communication flowing between executives and key departments.

• Facilitate internal and external events by managing logistics, communications, and participant coordination to create a seamless experience.

• Handle sensitive information with a high degree of discretion, sound judgment, and respect for confidentiality.


Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience providing senior-level administrative support to executives or chief-level leaders.
• Strong background in calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel planning for busy leadership teams.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal partners, external contacts, and high-level stakeholders.
• Proven skill in preparing presentations, reports, and other executive-facing materials with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience working in fast-moving environments where priorities shift and proactive problem-solving is essential.
• Sound judgment and a consistent record of handling confidential information with discretion.
• Exposure to government relations or similarly complex stakeholder environments is highly valued.

Compensation

$45.00-$48.00 Hourly
