Property Administrator

Compensation: $28.50 to $33 Hourly

We are looking for a Property Administrator to join an onsite mall property team on a Contract basis. This role supports daily operations for a high-traffic commercial retail environment and serves as a key point of contact for tenants, vendors, and internal partners. The position is well suited for someone who brings strong administrative experience, a service-focused approach, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving setting. This is a Contract position expected to last approximately 2–3 months.

Responsibilities:
• Build positive working relationships with tenants across a large commercial property and respond to day-to-day service needs in a thoughtful and attentive manner.
• Monitor work order activity from intake through completion, coordinating with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely follow-up.
• Process a high volume of invoices with careful attention to accuracy, including account coding support when needed.
• Review vendor-related postings and materials to confirm content accuracy, consistency, and overall presentation quality before distribution.
• Assist with planning and administrative coordination for tenant and property events or special initiatives.
• Maintain organized records and documentation while ensuring adherence to established property procedures and internal requirements.
• Complete and manage required documentation to support access to company systems and operational platforms.
• Provide broad administrative assistance to the onsite property management team, helping keep daily operations running smoothly.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in commercial property administration or property management is preferred, ideally within retail, office, or industrial environments.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to handle competing priorities effectively.
• Proven customer service ability and confidence interacting frequently with tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Experience with invoice processing is required; familiarity with general ledger coding is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is required.
• Familiarity with property management systems such as Yardi or similar platforms is preferred; experience with Abbott is a plus.
• High attention to detail, dependable follow-through, and the ability to work independently in an onsite setting.

Compensation

$28.50-$33.00 Hourly
