HR Recruiter
Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, from opening requisitions through offer coordination and pre-employment processing.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify staffing needs, align on candidate profiles, and maintain progress throughout the hiring cycle.
• Source, screen, and evaluate applicants using recruiting platforms, applicant tracking tools, and relationship management systems.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and keep candidates informed to ensure a responsive and detail-oriented hiring experience.
• Maintain accurate records in ADP Workforce Now and other recruiting systems while tracking candidate movement and hiring activity.
• Support pre-employment screening administration, hiring documentation, and related onboarding steps in accordance with company procedures.
• Use job boards and talent channels such as CareerBuilder to expand candidate pipelines for current and future openings.
• Contribute to recruiting process updates and system-related workflow support when changes to internal tools or platforms affect hiring operations.
Qualifications:
• Experience recruiting for detail-oriented roles, preferably within financial services or a similarly regulated industry.• Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now and applicant tracking systems used to manage recruiting activity and candidate records.
• Ability to source talent effectively through job boards, databases, and CRM tools.
• Working knowledge of candidate screening coordination and standard pre-employment hiring practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and hiring teams.
• Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple requisitions at once.
• Familiarity with HR support functions, including coordination related to benefits or general employment processes, is preferred.
Compensation
