Personal/Executive Assistant
We are looking for a dependable professsional to support day-to-day financial activities while also assisting with administrative coordination. This position is well suited to someone who is comfortable balancing accounting tasks with executive support, staying organized across shifting priorities, and working confidently with digital tools. The ideal candidate brings a detail oriented, service-minded approach, strong attention to detail, and the ability to keep information accurate and well managed.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate financial records by processing routine bookkeeping transactions and keeping supporting documentation organized.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, including entering invoices, tracking payments, and following up on outstanding items.
• Complete bank and account reconciliations on a regular basis to verify balances and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Use QuickBooks and other business software to record financial activity, generate reports, and support day-to-day accounting operations.
• Coordinate calendars, appointments, and scheduling needs to help executives stay organized and prepared.
• Assist with planning meetings, events, and related logistics while ensuring details are managed efficiently.
• Prioritize a mix of accounting and administrative assignments, maintaining accuracy and responsiveness across multiple requests.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external contacts to support smooth operations and positive working relationships
Qualifications:
• At least 3 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting support, or a closely related position.• Working knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general bookkeeping practices.
• Hands-on experience using QuickBooks for financial recordkeeping and reporting.
• Ability to perform bank reconciliations with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and shifting priorities effectively.
• Comfort with technology and the ability to learn new systems and digital tools quickly.
• Experience with calendar coordination, scheduling, or event support is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a dependable, resourceful work style.
Compensation
$60,000.00-$80,000.00 YearlyAbout Us
