Administrative Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming calls courteously, direct inquiries to the appropriate contacts, and provide timely assistance to clients, caregivers, and internal staff.
• Coordinate calendars, appointments, and meetings to support smooth daily operations and minimize scheduling conflicts.
• Arrange and update staff and patient-related schedules while ensuring changes are communicated clearly and promptly.
• Maintain accurate administrative records by entering, reviewing, and updating information in internal systems and files.
• Provide day-to-day clerical support for a home health team, including document preparation, correspondence, and general office coordination.
• Track important deadlines, follow up on outstanding items, and help ensure administrative tasks are completed on time.
• Support operational continuity by assisting with process updates and other administrative changes as needed.
• Serve as a reliable point of contact for routine questions and help create an organized, attentive experience for callers and visitors.
Qualifications:
• Experience in administrative support, office coordination, or a similar support-focused role.• Background working in home health, healthcare, or another fast-paced service environment is preferred.
• Ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism and strong customer service skills.
• Proven experience managing calendars, appointments, and scheduling details with close attention to accuracy.
• Strong data entry skills and the ability to maintain organized, up-to-date records.
• Proficiency with standard office software and comfort learning internal systems and administrative tools.
• Excellent communication skills, time management, and the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities effectively.
Compensation
