Power BI Developer

We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions that help drive data-informed decision-making. The ideal candidate will have experience transforming raw data into meaningful dashboards, reports, and visualizations, while partnering with business and technical teams to understand reporting needs and deliver scalable analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards and reports
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical reporting solutions
• Connect, clean, and transform data from multiple sources using Power Query and related tools
• Develop and optimize data models, DAX calculations, and performance tuning strategies
• Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and report reliability across BI environments
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify KPIs and reporting priorities
• Support report publishing, workspace management, security roles, and scheduled refreshes in Power BI Service
• Troubleshoot reporting issues and provide ongoing enhancements and user support
• Document BI processes, data definitions, and report specifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience developing reports and dashboards in Power BI
• Strong experience with DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
• Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases
• Experience integrating data from multiple business systems and platforms
• Understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
