Payroll Specialist

This established construction company is adding a Payroll Specialist to support a workforce of 500+ employees, handling union and non-union payroll across weekly and bi-weekly schedules.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Run end-to-end payroll in Sage 300 (Timberline)
• Interpret and apply union contracts and pay structures
• Manage certified payroll reporting and compliance
• Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve issues quickly
• Maintain accurate payroll records across multiple projects
