HR Coordinator (Recruitment & Operations Focus)
If you enjoy the fast-paced nature of recruiting and love keeping processes organized behind the scenes, this HR Coordinator role offers a blend of recruiting coordination and HR operations support.
You’ll play a critical role in ensuring candidates and hiring managers have a seamless and professional experience throughout the hiring process.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and candidate communications
- Assist recruiters and hiring managers with job postings and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Manage candidate documentation, background checks, and onboarding workflows
- Maintain accurate records within HRIS and ATS platforms
- Support HR operations including compliance tracking and reporting
- Help maintain an efficient and positive candidate experience
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in HR coordination, recruiting, or administrative support
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and scheduling tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset
