HR Coordinator

Are you passionate about creating a positive employee experience and supporting people throughout their career journey? Our client is looking for an HR Coordinator who will play a key role in keeping day-to-day HR operations running smoothly.

This is a great opportunity to step into a hands-on HR role where you’ll support onboarding, employee engagement, and HR processes from start to finish.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation, ensuring a seamless experience
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS updates
• Support benefits administration, paperwork processing, and compliance tracking
• Assist with background checks, offer letters, and onboarding documents
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures
• Partner with HR leadership on employee engagement initiatives and events

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of HR, administrative, or office experience
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and HR processes
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
