HR Generalist
Are you an experienced HR professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats and making a real impact across an organization? We’re partnering with a growing company seeking a well-rounded HR Generalist to support a wide range of human resources functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys balancing employee relations, compliance, and HR program management.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage day-to-day HR operations including employee relations, compliance, and policy administration
- Support full-cycle onboarding and offboarding processes
- Partner with leadership on performance management, coaching, and employee development
- Administer and support benefits programs and open enrollment processes
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Maintain HRIS systems and generate reports for leadership
- Lead or support HR initiatives aimed at improving engagement and retention
Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Experience with HRIS systems and benefits administration
- Proven ability to handle sensitive employee matters with professionalism
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
