Job Title: Bilingual Chinese/Mandarin Administrative Assistant

Job Summary:

The Bilingual Chinese/Mandarin Administrative Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to help ensure efficient day-to-day office operations while communicating effectively in both English and Mandarin Chinese. This role supports scheduling, correspondence, document management, customer or client communication, and general office coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to managers, departments, or office leadership
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist visitors in both English and Mandarin
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
  • Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and office documentation
  • Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and general clerical duties
  • Coordinate office supplies, mail, and routine office operations
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams in both English and Mandarin
  • Assist with meeting preparation, travel arrangements, and event coordination as needed
  • Support special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally



Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred
  • Prior administrative assistant, office support, receptionist, or related experience preferred
  • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English, including verbal and written communication
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation

$25.00-$28.00 Hourly
