Citizenship: US Citizenship requiredCompensation: $145,000 - $185,000 salary range; compensation based on years of relevant professional experience, educational background, related professional skill set and geographical area.

- BS/BA degree in engineering, science or technical discipline6 years of relevant experience may be substituted for BS/BA degree
- Experience with WTP performance of maintenance and work control support directly to HFOProven track record of success in performing/communicating oversight in a technical environmentIn-depth knowledge of the WTP project and prime contractComprehensive understanding of the Hanford Site mission, activities and prioritiesIn-depth knowledge of DOE Hanford processes and proceduresProficient in DOE’s program management practices, policies and proceduresFamiliarity with, or ability to quickly learn and utilize, various technology management tools used at HanfordExceptional communication skillsExpert-level proficiency in Microsoft 365, Word and Excel
Perform as the WTP SME on the Maintenance and Work Control Programs.
Perform oversight and assessment of the contractor maintenance and work control programs.
Perform oversight and assessment activities in the field on average 2x per week.
Monitor contractor work processes and report on successes or obstacles for maintenance and work control activities.Develop and maintain knowledge of facility and system maintenance and work control requirements.Provide timely and accurate input (oversight reports, weekly reports, email, verbal, etc.) to WTP/TWO management regarding contractor performance for maintenance and work control activities.Utilize excellent writing and communication skills in all interactions.- General duty requirements
