Overview

Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced SailPoint Engineer to support the Air Force's Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) initiative. This role will focus on implementing and maintaining SailPoint IdentityIQ platform within a Department of Defense (DoD) environment.
- Design and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions aligned with Air Force ICAM requirements
- Configure and maintain integration with existing Air Force systems and applications
- Ensure compliance with DoD security standards and policies
- Provide technical documentation and standard operating procedures
- Support DISA STIG implementation and compliance
- Participate in security assessments and audits
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years of work experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ
- Must be US citizen
- Active Secret security clearance
Desired Skills:
- Previous Air Force or DOD experience
- Experience with other ICAM tools (e.g., ForgeRock, Okta)
- Knowledge of NIST 800-53 controls
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines in a government environment
- SailPoint IdentityIQ certification (highly desired)
