- Supervises day-to-day activities for the Patient Services Specialist (PSS) team, ensuring coverage and efficiency across the assigned functional unit.
- Monitors performance and productivity, provides coaching, and conducts employee evaluations.
- Coordinates with other teams to ensure consistent service standards.
- Trains other PSS team members.
Occasional Duties
- Occasional travel between Midland and Odessa.
- Cover Patient Service Specialist as needed.
- Assist clinic supervisor with overflow.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a current TTHSC employee.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of five (5) years of customer service experience, of which two (2) years are in a supervisory role.
- OR At least three (3) years of experience at TTUHSC in the Patient Services Program, with one (1) year of supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in psychiatry clinic.
- Knowledge of Cerner and insurance verifications.
- Bilingual spanish /English
