Position Overview
The Senior Producer, Experiential Marketing will contribute to Call of Duty's voice, culture, and community impact. The Sr. Producer will pitch and develop segments for a wide range of content including internal meetings and events, summits, franchise podcasts, live show segments and longform content pieces. This position will partner with cross functional teams including marketing, product, communications, leadership teams and other content owners to shape messaging and storytelling for internal and external broadcasts and content. You will collaborate with hosts, talent, and guests – ensuring copy feels authentic, clear, and on-brand. The Sr. Producer will oversee segment production from pitch to final delivery, including scripting, booking, timelines, and approvals. You will provide on-set, virtual, or in-studio production support as needed including cue sheets and serve as liaison with content owners/presenters.
This role is based in our Santa Monica, CA office and follows an onsite work schedule of four days per week. Work arrangements may change at the company's discretion to meet business needs.
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in creative production, writing, or branded content – preferably in entertainment or gaming
Strong storytelling instincts – especially for interviews, spotlight reels, and documentary-style content
Production chops: scheduling, scripting, asset management, ROS and cue sheet creation for live and recorded shows
Comfortable in cross-functional settings, working with executives, devs, and working teams alike
Track record of delivering complex projects requiring strong project management skills, ability to work across multiple teams, attention to detail, and accountability
Passion for gaming, cultural trends, and experiences/events
Proficient in influencing multiple stakeholders and building excellent working relationships
Able to travel, including international travel, and work long hours and weekends as needed
Strong analytical, verbal, written and presentation skills
Track record of managing high pressure situations and exuding confidence
Results oriented, collaborative problem-solver, and self-motivated
Well organized, detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented in high-pressure or live-event environments
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail, a strategic thinker
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Google Docs)
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $72,720.00 - $134,460.00 Annual. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role’s range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
