The selected candidate will support the Sentinel program. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.
What You’ll Get To Do:
This position is responsible for vertical and horizontal integration of the Flight Systems Team within the Sentinel program. Disciplines to include planning, configuration and data management, digital engineering, business management, risk management, processes and tools, and engineering. This position regularly interfaces with senior management across the company and our customers. The selected candidate will oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. The candidate will also review status of projects and budget, manage schedules and prepare status reports, assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. The selected candidate will also develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with managers.
Essential Responsibilities:
Integrate and manage across the program, performing tactical day to day operations for the IPT.
Facilitate Agile/Program Increment planning. May include Scrum of Scrum Master role.
Serve as an overall integration function engaging in a variety of ad hoc activities required to ensure streamlined cadence, operations and execution.
Collaborate across all functions within the program to develop advanced concepts, techniques and requirements for new and existing applications and tools.
Coordinate schedules, and provide Liaison assistance between the interfacing IPTs.
Ensure IPT compliance with program processes and procedures, and implement improvements.
Coordinate and prepare executive and customer presentations.
Evaluate and report health metrics for the IPT.
Facilitate, coordinate and track preparation and submission of contract and other data deliverables to the customer.
Coordinate and manage of efforts surrounding key program events.

This position’s standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience; master's degree and 3 years’ experience; PhD and 1 years’ experience or an additional 4 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
Must be a U.S citizen and have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with an ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period, as determined by the company to meet its business need.
At least 1 years of experience leading a project and/or driving performance against schedule.
Demonstrated track record/ experience in project management/ execution and closeout.
Skilled use of Microsoft Office Products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project).
Demonstrated knowledge of Project Management principles.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
Ability to establish a solid working relationship with technical staff, peers, and customers.
Experience planning, scheduling, and managing projects with many different stakeholders.
Experience developing content, packaging, and briefing communication.
Must be able to work on-site in Roy, UT.
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP certification.
Experience in launch vehicles and related hardware and support systems.
Experience with schedule management, risk management and performance management.
Experience with Agile Project Management.
Experience facilitating and managing data deliverables.
Experience facilitating program and engineering reviews.
Experience as a Control Account Manager (CAM).
Experience with tableau and data analytics.
Experience with earned value management with understanding in a program management capacity.
Experience with high level customer engagement.
