Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Organize and maintain electronic documents by downloading, sorting, and storing files in the appropriate locations.
• Review PDF materials carefully and ensure information is complete, legible, and properly aligned with project needs.
• Compare numerical data across records to confirm accuracy and resolve mismatches when identified.
• Support digital recordkeeping by updating files, maintaining order, and preserving document accessibility.
• Produce printed materials from microfiche sources while following established handling and output procedures.
• Provide clerical assistance for routine office activities, including administrative support tasks and general secretarial work.
• Complete high-volume, repetitive assignments with consistency, precision, and steady productivity.
• Use basic Excel functions and internal software tools to track information and assist with administrative workflows.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in administrative support, office coordination, clerical work, or a similar business support role.• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in document and data-related tasks.
• Comfort working independently and managing repetitive assignments without losing focus or quality.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and confidence using computer-based systems for daily work.
• Ability to handle document management tasks such as digital filing, record organization, and data verification.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for general office support and coordination.
• Experience with data entry, receptionist-related duties, or inbound call handling is helpful.
Compensation
