Workplace Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors at the front desk and provide a friendly, helpful first point of contact for the office.
• Arrange visitor access and coordinate arrival details to ensure guests can enter the office smoothly and efficiently.
• Monitor inventory levels, place orders for workplace materials, and keep office supplies stocked and organized.
• Prepare workstations and assist with desk setup activities to support new employees as they join the team.
• Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries, including package receipt, shipment processing, and distribution.
• Work with external service providers and visitors when signatures, deliveries, or onsite coordination are required.
• Respond to workplace requests submitted through internal messaging channels and help resolve day-to-day office needs.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of office gatherings by coordinating food service, event logistics, and onsite support.
Qualifications:
• At least 3 years of experience in workplace coordination, reception, office administration, or a similar support role.• Proven ability to manage front desk responsibilities while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
• Experience coordinating schedules, visitor support, and workplace logistics in an office setting.
• Strong written communication skills, including the ability to handle email correspondence and internal service requests clearly and efficiently.
• Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes, vendor interaction, and general office operations.
• Ability to support onboarding activities such as desk preparation for new team members and workplace orientation assistance.
• Experience helping coordinate catering or office events with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Compensation
