Accountant
We are seeking a detail-oriented Corporate Accountant to support the company’s accounting operations, financial reporting, and month-end close process. This role plays a critical part in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain general ledger (GL) accounts
- Perform month-end and year-end close activities
- Reconcile balance sheet and bank accounts
- Post and review journal entries
- Assist with financial reporting and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
- Support audit requests and year-end financial statements
- Partner cross-functionally with departments to ensure accuracy of financial data
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2–5+ years of corporate accounting experience
Strong understanding of general ledger and GAAP
Experience with month-end close and reconciliations
Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, QuickBooks)
