This company is based in Spartanburg, SC. Must have prior experience with recruiting for engineering and industrial roles. Looking for somebody with experience recruiting in the staffing industry. Qualifications:

• 5+ years of recruiting experience. Specifically recruiting engineering and industrial roles.
• Previous experience in the staffing industry.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
• Strong understanding of labor laws and employment regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in using social media platforms for recruitment
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
