Senior Attorney/Lawyer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Attorney to join our dynamic family law firm in San Francisco, California. This role offers the opportunity to handle complex and high-stakes cases while contributing to the firm's growth and reputation for excellence. Responsibilities:
• Represent clients in high-stakes family law cases, including court appearances in the Bay Area.
• Draft and review legal motions, briefs, and other documentation with precision and attention to detail.
• Manage discovery processes, ensuring thorough preparation and compliance with legal protocols.
• Provide strategic advice and counsel to clients, addressing their unique needs with compassion and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with colleagues to refine legal templates and enhance operational systems for improved efficiency.
• Maintain a proactive approach to case management, advancing matters effectively and meeting deadlines.
• Participate in firm-wide initiatives aimed at client growth and business development.
• Uphold ethical standards and contribute to the firm's reputation for delivering exceptional legal services.
• Mentor entry-level attorneys to foster growth and development within the team.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations while representing clients.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a valid license to practice law in California.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in family law or civil litigation.
• Proven ability to draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents to a high standard.
• Strong expertise in managing discovery processes and preparing for litigation.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Effective communication abilities, both written and oral, to interact with clients and legal professionals.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
• Commitment to maintaining professionalism and ethical conduct in all aspects of the role.

Compensation

$190,000.00-$260,000.00 Yearly
