Membership Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate new member intake by preparing, collecting, and reviewing required enrollment documents for completeness
• Process a high volume of forms and data with close attention to accuracy, timelines, and record quality
• Respond to incoming phone calls and direct questions appropriately while providing courteous support to members and internal teams
• Maintain well-organized files and documentation so records remain easy to access and up to date
• Assist with routine reporting and administrative tracking to support daily office operations
• Provide day-to-day clerical support to the broader team, including document handling and general office tasks
• Verify submitted paperwork and follow up on missing or incomplete information to help keep onboarding moving efficiently
Qualifications:
• At least 3 years of experience in an administrative, clerical, or office support role• Demonstrated ability to manage repetitive tasks with a high level of precision and consistency
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with members and coworkers
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office for document preparation, data entry, and basic administrative work
• Comfortable handling large volumes of paperwork and maintaining organized records
• Positive, dependable, and team-oriented approach in a detail-oriented office environment
• Previous experience supporting onboarding, membership services, or front desk operations is preferred
Compensation
